- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in Colombia. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

- Domestic Shipping: Orders within Colombia have an estimated delivery time of 3 additional business days beyond processing time, subject to delays caused by the carrier. Islanueve is not directly responsible for these delays.

- International Shipping: Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures. International shipments typically take between 7 and 14 business days, but this is only an estimate.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination and package weight at checkout. You can see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order. Shipping costs are subject to promotional offers, in which case shipping may be waived.

Shipping Delays

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Delays caused by the courier company.

- - Customs procedures in the destination country.

- External factors such as natural disasters, accidents, or transportation emergencies.

Order Tracking
