At islanueve, we want you to enjoy your swimwear as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We're here to help. Below you'll find the details of our returns and refunds policy.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind, but please keep these requirements in mind:

Return period: We accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date of your order.

Return conditions:
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear must not have been tried on with or without underwear. If the product is found to have been used or altered, we will not be able to accept the return. Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).

- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: Sealed, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and in its original packaging. If applicable, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Products not eligible for return:

- Sale items or items included in any type of promotion.

- Gift cards.

Return Process

1. Request your return: Send us an email to [islanueve.comtact@gmail.com] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if necessary.

2. Shipping the product: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect (See warranty policies).

3. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you if your return has been approved for a refund.

Refunds

Approved Refund: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges

Size or Color Exchanges: If you need to exchange the size or color of your swimsuit, please follow the same return process. Once your return is approved, we will send you the new item (subject to approval and availability).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at [islanueve.contact]. We will ensure the error is corrected at no additional cost.
